ONLY If you have purchased the Rocket Point of Sale directly from DotDude.com, Inc., the Rocket Point of Sale includes 30 days support with ((1) Dial-In and 30 minutes talk support) or (1) hour of talk support, whichever comes first. Any Upgrade or Add-Ons includes 30 minutes of talk support or (1) dial-in within the first 10 days of purchase. Your dealer, as a minimum, should provide you with the above support times and limits.
If you are an End-User
and you have Purchased the POS and it's been over 30 days since you
purchased your software OR you purchased from a source other than
DotDude.com, Inc. - YOU MUST fax us a support agreement from the below
Limited Free support by email for quick and easy questions - see our Contact page for email address. If at all possible, we will try and answer your support questions, if you send them by email. Sometimes, if the answer or question is to involved, you may need to use the support form above. Keep questions short and to the point through the email.
If you would like to report a
problem with your POS, use the below form. We will not call you back or
do support from the below form but we will see if we can duplicate your
problem here in our office. If we can duplicate your problem, we will
post a fix on our website ASAP.

If it's the weekend or after hours and you ABSOLUTELY need help or support with the POS - fill out the above Tech Support Agreement and fax it in - someone will call you back ASAP
